Terms and Conditions

• The apartments will be available from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Cars must also be removed from the carpark by 10am

• The apartments must not be occupied by more persons than the persons stated at the time of booking.

• All apartments are offered subject to availability on receipt of the required deposit. An official receipt (Which must be produced on arrival) will be forwarded if accommodation is available.

• Unless the proprietor is notified of late arrivals, all accommodation will be re-let if guests have not arrived by 4pm. All deposits are non-refundable.

• The proprietor is not responsible for valuables left in the apartments unless handed in for safe keeping - when a receipt will be given.

• Visitors will be responsible for any damage or breakages during their stay in the apartments

• The proprietor reserves the right to cancel accommodation if, at any time in their opinion, the behaviour of any visitor is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is disturbed or endangered. In this event the visitor will be asked to leave without entitlement to compensation / refund

• The proprietor shall not be liable for personal injury, loss or damage direct or indirect howsoever caused
